Tab Completer

This module is the only one without configuration. Its behavior is ridiculously simple. If the player doesn't have permission to do something (e.g. bukkit.*), he won't see these commands in the tab completer and can't even use them! No more whitelist/blacklist! No more endless typing of commands into yaml configurations. Just turn it on and the plugin will do everything for you.
